SunShine, which is controlled by a well-known Hong Kong Family, owns & manages high-end senior homes and medical office buildings in N. America, HK & Asia. The group currently owns and operates 28 senior homes and 3 medical office buildings in America, and is building a deluxe high-end senior home in Hong Kong.

A few years ago, Sunshine seized the opportunity in HK and started building the first deluxe high-end senior home project in a prestige residential area in the city.  With years of accumulated experience in the U.S.A. and now Hong Kong, SunShine has the solid foundation and the management team poised to expand into both China and Asia in the near future.

Rolling portfolio strategy to optimize total return.

The strategy of SunShine is to cherry pick off-market deals with high cap rates. Post acquisitions, SunShine would uplift the assets and replace the underperforming operators. With enhanced operators and facilities, the assets will increase in value substantially. And the operating cash-flow generated from the portfolio plus any capital gain generated from asset disposal will be reinvested into new projects.
